If you are following me on Instagram and Facebook, you will know how much of a fitness freak I am, what I eat, and how my life revolves around health and fitness. 
My day is incomplete without gym. I could very well ditch the whole world for my daily ritual of working out in the gym. However, there is much more to fitness than just getting in shape. It is also about exercising the mind and not letting our mind go the negative way. I love how it makes me feel. It makes me feel alive. It keeps me going even on a tough day. We do not realize that our brain also stays in better shape when we are into any activity, be it yoga, running, or weight training. 
  • Working up a sweat can help you manage mental and physical stress. It is important for stimulating the brain. 
  • If you want something in life, you get it. It all depends on how bad you want it. You have to nothing less than ‘covet’ for getting fit. A great fat blasting workout makes my day—the only way to beat loneliness and be happy. Icing on the cake is that you get the burst of endorphins. 
  • Keep a routine. It will get your stomach used to eating at certain times, and you will be more likely to stick to healthier choices. 
  • I plan my cheat meals. It only makes it worth it. I value the food more and relish it more. 
Listening to your emotions is very unproductive. You ‘feeling up to it or not’ should never dictate your decisions. You got to do what you got to do. It is all about hitting it hard without any excuses and self-negotiation while you're slacking and justifying you've been working like a dog all week long. Guess what? We all do. So make the best out of it; execute your plan and stick to it.
Be fitness rich. Invest both in yourself and your future.
