Fashion Blogger Life - Food Review - Trikaya

Trikaya is surely a great place to take your taste buds on a culinary journey and that too a healthier way! Trikaya has been around for sometime but I never happened to experience culinary marvels here. We walked in on a weekday to see most of the tables booked. The ambiance is classy with minimal decor that allows the minimalist  beauty to shine through.

The menu is exhaustive and boasts of seafood and several gourmet dishes. To begin with we started with a salad which was nothing extraordinary. The pomfret fillet  in Chilli basil sauce was executed to perfection. The sweet and spicy fragrance of herbs,  veggies and chilies were infused to create a gastronomical masterpiece. While our tummy intrigued we eyed our mains.

The star of the evening was steamed chicken in banana leaf. I was overwhelmed when chef recommended soba noodles. Soba is the Japanese name for buckwheat. Nothing can be as pleasing and impressive to me when I come across clean food. I cannot inflict my views on anyone but I always  preach about eating clean and not taking your body for granted. You just need to make the right choices and healthy can be yummy too,

I could vouch for the yummy healthy dishes. If you looking for culinary experience like no other then make sure you head to Trikaya. After all there is no happiness quite like culinary happiness and eating clean.

  1. The food looks really tasty but since I am not a fish person I would not be able to enjoy it. However the chicken items and nice and can give them a shot.
