Indian Fashion Blog: Health Diaries (Max Protein) Vol 5
There is nothing like coming home to healthy goodies. I was overwhelmed when Naturell India Pvt. Ltd. sent me  Max Protein nutrition bars in my mail.
Honestly, this is not the first time I tried these protein bars. Since two years I have been occasionally indulging in these yummy bars to curb my chocolate cravings.
I know many of us let down our guard around foods that are labelled healthier. But make sure you check the macros and the ingredients.

I received these three bars:
- Max Protein ChocoFudge (20gm protein, 12.5gm fat, 26.7gm net carbs)
- Max Protein Honey Lemon (20gm protein, 13.6gm fat, 24.4gm net carbs)
- Max Protein Choco-Slim (20gm protein, 9.8gm fat, 13.6gm net carbs)

I prefer the Choco-Slim as it has the least amount of carbs. A bar has around 260-300 calories and if you think it is too much for you then munch on a chunk of the bar. I also love to keep these protein bars in my stock and have it occasionally with tea or coffee.

- Are they healthy?
Well, the whole bar has 20gm protein. They claim to have manufactured in R&D lab and QC lab headed by professionals and by health food experts. It is ISO 22000 certified. The protein bars might not be a part of my daily meal. But instead of pigging out unnecessarily grab these bars without a hitch. I know enough protein bars available in Indian market that have oodles of carbs and less protein.

- They come so handy especially when you are on move or traveling.

- The bar will not burn a hole in your pocket (90 INR for one bar). I really believe it is better to spend on health than illness. Be fitness rich. It is all about priorities at the end of the day.

- They are crunchy and filling. RiteBite Max Protein bars are saviors from junk food and satisfy those hunger pangs.
-Make sure you keep it in your bag! Whether you have a busy schedule or you are on the go. No excuses and no self negotiations when it comes to eating clean.

They have rightly said.."Where ever you are! Whatever you do! Enjoy Healthy Life...On the go"

Go grab these yummy bars from Max Protein without any qualms.
