Shopping list of a skinny and smart chic (fat burning food)

Next time when you go grocery shopping don't forget to buy these fat burning foods too :-)

1. Apple
yes yes, An apple a day keeps a doctor away. We all know that. But do you know apple blocks 90 calories of dietary fat. It is a negative calorie food loaded with vitamins and minerals. It produces enzymes in abundance and in addition to breaking down its own calories it also breaks down other calories from your body.

2. Blueberries and Grapefruit
Loaded with vitamin C, help to block fat and full of antioxidants. Antioxidants fight free radicals in your body.

3. Cinnamon
Herbs like cinnamon fire up your digestion. You can put in your morning coffee or sprinkle on your oatmeal.

4. Soy/Soya
Could be milk or beans. They will keep the fat away. Great source of energy, low in carbohydrates, high protein content and filling too. I will be posting a soy crisp recipe soon. Let me try first :-)

You can never lose weight without breaking a sweat but make sure you include one of these everyday in your diet.
