Indian Fashion Blog - Restaurant Review - Asado Cocktail Street

So we discovered another great place in hip and happening Bandra. My love affair with healthy food and happy places is never-ending. Asado Cocktail Street is a standalone restaurant which is slightly on the expensive side. I also managed to click few pictures of my outfit which I will be sharing in the upcoming post.
The space is buzzing with loud music and enthusiastic diners. The menu is easy-going and a pleasure to skin through. The drinks menu is exhaustive and surely a delight for the hard-drinkers.
For starters, we tried the quinoa salad and ordered two cocktails. I had a diet-destroying and calorie-laden cocktail with lemon and mint flavour after so long. I am an occasional wine drinker. V had a sangria based cocktail.
With our taste buds intrigued and tummy piqued, we ordered a healthy grilled chicken dish with corn on the cob and steamed veggies recommended by the chef. The chicken was not rubbery and drowning in any sauce. It was executed to perfection and surely a winner.
I really don't remember the names of the cocktail.

Verdict:
Surely, a great place to let your hair down and soothe the unfrazzled nerves. For a quite night, go on a weekday for culinary marvels. My advice is go a little early on a weekend before it gets packed.

What I like:
- A happy place with plenty of healthy options like salads and grills.
- Asado Cocktail Street is surely a place to be for weekend indulgence and to feel mellow. It serves a steamy mix of cocktails and mocktails.

What I didn't like:
- Ths staff was not really friendly, may be because they were too busy.
- Music can get too loud.

Fit As A Fiddle recommends:
- Quinoa Salad with chilli lime vinaigrette and Guacaomle.
- Grilled Green Vegetables and Cottage Cheese - served on barley quinoa risotto.
- Grilled Teriyaki Cottage Cheese - served on soba noodles.
- Grilled Spicy Green Mole Chicken.
