All roads lead to Katerpillar Resto Cafe

I happened to step into a new resto-lounge named Katerpillar on their inaugural day. This Resto Cafe is located on a busy road which is divided into three sections. The restaurant area is simple with minimal decor.

We entered in a smoky room full of hustle and bustle. The place was swarming with people. Red lights and cozy ambiance give you a high.  

A look through the menu reveals decent appetizers, pasta, pizzas and shakes. The menu has interesting calligraphy but however it didn’t have any healthier choices and many varieties. We ordered pasta but it was not as exciting as menu had talked them up to be. Shisha is priced at 300INR onwards. 

However there were a few quirks. The washroom is located in a backyard which might freak you out. I am not being mean to startups but they could have introduced healthier choices and more varieties like whole wheat sandwiches, pizza and pasta to cater to a larger segment.

Verdict: Great place to soothe your frazzled nerves and catch up with your friends. 

What I like?

The place is located on a busy location and is open late nights on weekends. It is a perfect place to smoke shisha over a cup of coffee or a chocolate shake. Value for money indeed!

What I didn’t like?

No healthier choices, dull ambience of the restaurant and freaky location of the rest rooms.
