Travelogue - Restaurant Review: Hometown Cafe
Dry Curry Mee with Curry Chicken
Noodles prepared in tasty curvy gravy
Healthy Chicken - Chicken grilled with herbs, served with lemon roast potatoes and grilled vegetables
Nachos with kidney beans and salsa
I love to savor culinary delights and It feels great to share my culinary experiences with you. I happened to visit an awesome place in Mumbai during my vacation.
Hometown Cafe has a peppy atmosphere and a decent ambience. It was pretty crowded even on a Thursday night and the place gives a happy vibe. It is great to indulge in a wide range of dishes after retail therapy and sightseeing. The menu has lot of exotic varieties and many healthy options for people like me who prefer to eat clean. We were pretty disappointed and irked when no breads were served on a week day. However, healthy chicken grilled with herbs and vegetables did pacify us to an extent. The nachos were served generously with kidney beans and noodles with curry chicken did live up to our expectations.
Hometown Cafe is reasonably priced and perfect to go with family and friends to grab a bite while on-the-move.

ReplyDeleteI’m fond of reading travelogue sites, especially when it’s related to restaurant reviews. I’ve read that there’s also a new restaurant which now carries the concept of “airplane dining” ; I could imagine myself eating in this resto with all the airplane stuff in it.
