Look Of The Day - In The Grey

Winters are around the corner and I am loving the chilly evenings in Kolkata. But it really makes my heart wrench as I wont be able to flaunt my boots and trench coats because of no winters in this city. Lately, I have been dreading the exams. The hectic college and oodles of assignments have boggled my mind. Work is like a deluge and meeting deadlines has made me look all pale and haggard. While my blog takes a back seat with so many posts sitting in my drafts, I finally hit the ‘publish' button for this post. There are PR mails that need to be responded along with so many writing assignments. Okay, I can maunder on and on and give you negative vibes. It is just a phase. So, let me come to the outfit. 

The color grey will keep rising from the ashes every season. It is neutral, subtle and can be paired with any wardrobe piece without trying too hard to get the ‘chic' look. This dull color can be tweaked and made interesting. 

I loved the grey top with lace details and layers. I build the whole outfit around this along with a pink skirt for a serious jolt of color.  I have paired it with nude pumps and my favorite bag to complete the look. P.S. I forgot to wear the accessories. *Poker Face*

I would just say lead your own life in a good way. I had read these beautiful lines somewhere, “Work on self improvement so that you don’t have time for criticizing others.”

It is your choice and it is my choice. What choices I make, it defines me. I have all the love for the people who visit my blog and appreciate my efforts and my interests. I would humbly bow down. XOXO.
