Some cooks simply love to cook with heavy pots and pans that have a traditional look and will last for years. And although both enamel cast iron and bare cast iron pots are heavy and provide that timeless look, it can be difficult to know which type to go for.

Seasoning

This process eliminates the risks of the pan rusting, and therefore the need for the seasoning process.
