Eat Clean.Train Mean.Live Lean - Soya nuggets

I am not a gourmet chef or anywhere close to that. I am not really fond of cooking but I do love to practice my culinary skills once in a while. I don’t really like to hog food and later feel ripped with guilt. But I do enjoy and savor exotic varieties of food for my cheat meals.
I know, cooking is so time consuming and needs so much patience. Kudos to all the chefs of the world! I really don’t like cooking for hours and gobbling down in few minutes. So here is my quick recipe which wont take much time and a perfect dinner option. You just need to plan a day before. That is all you need to do!

Preparation:
Keep the soya nuggets soaked overnight. Next day boil them till they are soft and add salt according to taste.

Ingredients:
Olive oil
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 cup tomato puree
2 tbsp Soya Sauce
1/2 tsp Garam masala
1/2 tsp Coriander
Chilly Sauce, vinegar and salt accoring to taste

Method:
Put olive oil and chopped onions. Stir them well till the onions are golden brown. Add chilly sauce, tomato puree and other ingredients. Cook it for 10 minutes. Finally add soya nuggets and cook for another 10-15 minutes. You got to have little patience and cook it well so that it gets dry and little crispy.

I usually prefer only these, but soya nuggets with brown rice are the best and healthiest combo. In India, it is served with varieties of bread.
