After a tiring long day most of the time our energy is sapped out and we end up eating junk and unhealthy food. I am not a gourmet cook or even a normal cook but I do need to practice my culinary skills, not depend on anyone and eat clean.
Here is my quick dish to curb hunger.
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
Sprouts (I just get readymade sprouts from super market)
Steamed Kidney Beans/Chickpeas or both (Soak them overnight)
Onions (thinly chopped)
Tomatoes (chopped)
Steamed broccoli
Carrot
Dressing:
1 tsp Olive oil
Salsa Sauce
Mustard Sauce
Lemon Juice
Black Pepper
Salt
Tomato Ketchup (optional)
Honey (optional, don’t go overboard)
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and add the dressing items. Don't worry about the quantity of ingredients. You can add it according to your taste and personal choice. This is what makes it hassle free and quick. You get all the chopped vegetables in super market.
They are best with omelette in olive oil or boiled eggs or grilled chicken or barbecue chicken.
Alternatives:
Instead of kidney beans and tomatoes you can use a can of baked beans in tomato sauce. They taste yummy.
Another alternative is to make it with tuna.

P.S. I have not added any mayonnaise and cheese. You are free to add more calories.
