You may want to compensate after a late night or a heavy dinner dished out with dollops of calories, binge drinking and after a super hogging weekend. You really don’t want to be guilt ripped after consuming tons of calories and sabotage your fitness goals.

Well, don’t fret here is one of the best (healthiest) detox diets. How many of you have heard of such detox diets? Ah, they make you starve whole day making your stomach growl and you look anorexic. This detox diet will help you flush out toxins from your body and help in cleansing your body system.

DETOX DIET






- Five to six glasses of skimmed/fat free milk throughout the day.


- Fruits, fruits, fruits! It can be any fruit. Avoid bananas and mangoes in this diet as they have high sugar content. Do not have water melon after evening, because it can lead to water retention in your system

- Diet marie or few digestive biscuits allowed

- Tea or coffee without sugar

You will lose more than one pound in a day or up to one kg. Go for this once or twice a month as a “CLEANSE”. However I will not advise you to follow this diet as a part of weight loss program because it wont be permanent and the weight you have lost might be water weight.
It is by far the easiest and healthiest detox diet for rejuvenation compared to all others.
P.S. Refrain from vigorous physical activities.
