Hey guys, how are you all doing? I am again penning down my life escapades and apologizing how irregular I have been here on this platform. I am back from Japan and in the city. I hope you have been following my travel escapades on Instagram and Facebook. Still, a long way to document all my travel stories. 

But today, I am going to talk about retail therapy and how we indulge in shopping on a whim without realising the value. A shopper today is really not sure of what he/she wants. There is confusion between cognitive fit with an environment and shopping value. 

Coming to online shopping, we all are spoilt for choice. I am so addicted to online shopping. There is nothing like lounging around in your favourite PJs and shopping from the comforts of your house. I am one of those who does not want to step out and shop. Long working days, shoots and gym take a toll on me. This gives me no 'Me Time' which I crave. Like every girl, shopping gives you that pep and revs up your mood. Hence, giving you the motivation to work more.

However, Value shopping does not mean buying cheap. You need to find clarity about what you want to achieve and then systematically take the action. It means you are snagging the best deal.
