Indian Fashion Blog - Reise All Day Bar & Kitchen

Indian Fashion Blog - Reise All Day Bar & Kitchen

So, here I am sharing some culinary escapades in the city which is located in Andheri east side and newly opened.

The menu caters to everyone and has an interesting take on travel theme from domestic travel to international travel. The decor is simple but tweaked with a lot of travel inspired props. I loved the currency notes under the glass table.

We started the evening with a fruit punch cocktail which V and I shared. I always look for healthy food wherever I go and living up to my blog name till I die.
For the appetisers, we ordered 'Lemongrass Chicken Kulfi' and 'Non-Veg Mezze Platter'. The platter was great and the portions size was decent. However, the chicken kulfi sounded interesting but was disappointing and didn't live up to our expectations. I would probably recommend you to ditch this one.

With our tummies intrigued and taste buds piqued, we eyed our mains. There is usually some interesting event on every day of the week and the live band made the evening more lively and fun. Several board games available surely was another winner. We played Ludo and ordered 'Herb Roasted Chicken Served with Garlic Mash and Sauteed Vegetables' and 'Chicken Keema without the bread'. We requested the chef to serve us smaller portions so we could try more dishes. Both the main dishes were executed to perfection.

After a couple of games, we even ordered a chicken club sandwich which V had been craving for long. They did not skimp on the ingredients and it was crisp and fresh. Although, I was not in the mood to have unnecessary carbs.

V and I played Ludo (board game) while there was a live band playing.
"Chicken Keema without the Bun Maska (bread)"
"Lemongrass Chicken Kulfi"

Verdict:
A very nifty place with a lively ambience that oozes oodles of panache. Surely, a great place to let your hair down and soothe the unfrazzled nerves.

What I like:
- This place surely caters to everyone for all ages and sexes. In terms of food, there is something for everyone on the menu.
- It is also a perfect place for weekend indulgence and to feel mellow. It serves a steamy mix of cocktails and mocktails.
- It is quite pocket-friendly and one can enjoy a good meal with drinks without breaking a bank.

What I didn't like:
- The location is surely not great and it might get difficult to spot this place. However, it makes up once you enter the place.
- Although the menu has something for everyone, they could introduce few more options in Mains. The starters/appetisers/drinks menu is exhaustive, though.
